Warranty Information: Satisfaction Guarantee

We have been manufacturing long-handled tools for over 25 years and our commitment to you has never changed. If any Shingle Eater or Demo Eater Tool fails to give you complete satisfaction, please return it to your place of purchase and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
 
Every Shingle Eater tool is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase, as shown by proof of purchase. During the warranty period, Shingle Eater will repair or replace with a new or reconditioned product, depending on availability, any product which, after examination, is determined by Shingle Eater to be defective in material or workmanship.
 

This warranty shall not apply to products which have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise, altered or repaired by anyone other than Shingle Eater, Inc. In No event will SHingle Eater Inc be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from breach of this warranty, even if Shingle Eater, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
